Hypnotherapy, combined with Clinical Sexology, Sex Counseling and Education, is an exciting and effective way to support yourself in your desire to reach your full sexual and intimate potential.
Hypnotism and You
Hypnosis is commonly known as "trance." Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation combined with focused concentration, in which you can reach the brainwave states of alpha, theta and delta. While you are in hypnosis, your conscious mind becomes quiet, allowing you access to your highly suggestible (and knowing) subconscious mind. The purpose of hypnosis is to support the kind of positive change that has been chosen by you, the client.
There are varying degrees of hypnosis: some people go deeper, some stay in lighter trance states. You might be like most people, who go into trance somewhere in the middle. Everyone experiences hypnosis naturally while daydreaming, watching television or "driving on autopilot." So you can see how even in the hypnotic trance state, part of your conscious mind stays aware and in control.

A request for medical hypnotherapy should be accompanied by physician's referral. Hypnotherapy can be used for:
❀ Pain management.
❀ Promoting relaxation in childbirth.
❀ Irritable bowel syndrome.
